Duties and Taxes
For Charlotte, N.C. Residents : 8.25% sales tax will be added at checkout.

Shipping
All orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 business day.
International Express Shipping:
$24.45 For USA Estimate delivery time 5-7 business days
$29.45 for Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherland,Australia , Greece Turkey, Finland & Zebraland
Express Mail like Fedex or UPS will arrive in approx 5-8 business days with full online tracking. Please make sure you if you need your package fast to select Express Mail

Returns & Exchange
• When is the cooling-off period for Returns/Exchanges?
All claims should be submitted within 4 days of receiving the items.

• Who handles the returns?
We can handle the returns, however we advice the merchants to handle returns as it increases customer confidence.

• Do you charge any Re-stocking fee?
Buyer must charge a 20% restocking fee for return item (not for quality or workmanship problem).
Cancel the order must be claimed before item have not yet been shipped or are not in process

• What your return & exchange policy?
We have a customer-friendly policy. If the goods were defective, or the item received was not in accordance with the order or you ordered the wrong item/size; in either case we would refund the product or exchange the product (no re-stocking fee charged). All claims should be submitted within 14 days from delivery.

• Who would pay for the shipping?
The shipping would be paid by us only if the products are defective or the wrong items were delivered because of our fault.

• Do I need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?
No RMA is required. Drop us an email (using our ‘Contact Us’ page) regarding the issue & we will guide you through the entire process.

• I need to exchange my ordered goods, how should I proceed?

Return
The following Items are not returnable if opened under any circumstances; this is done for sanitary reasons.

Wigs, beards and facial hair
Make up, teeth and or fangs
Hosiery and undergarments
Shoes and boots (Shoes that show obvious wear or are missing the original packaging are not returnable.)

Once orders are placed it is impossible for us to cancel them since we ship out most orders within hours after the order is placed and if you need to cancel it you must wait to get the package and then return it.
If you return an item, once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in a timely manner. Most returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of return, during Halloween please allow up to 2 weeks. You will be notified via email when this refund has taken place. Please note that

your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information. ALL ORDERS PLACED FROM OCTOBER 15TH TO NOVEMBER 15TH ARE NON RETURNABLE.

• Is my financial information like Credit Card number secure with you?
Frankly, we never get to see your financial details. All Credit Card transactions are processed on secure pages of Paypal & we are notified only about the payment received into our Paypal Account.

• I do not have a Paypal account; can’t I use my Credit Card?
Yes, Paypal offers an option to complete the payment without registering with Paypal. Look for “Don’t have a Paypal Account?” after pressing the Confirm Order button. Enter your Credit Card details & you are done!!

• Can I trust Paypal?
Of course you can. Paypal is one of the most reputed & recognized brands in online Credit Card processing. It is owned & managed by eBay, the biggest online auction company.

• Which Credit Cards can be used?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
